We provide ONE on ONE treatments only.
I exclusively treat one patient at a time. I am spacing appointments out in an attempt to eliminate patient cross-over and provide time between patients to do the necessary cleaning. Because of this I am requesting that you try to be punctual to your appointments. Please don’t come to the door more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.
We wave cancelation policies for illness resembling covid-19
If a patient cancels prior to the time of their appointment for reasons of illness or symptoms resembling covid-19 no cancelation fee will be assessed by All Points Wellness. As much notice as possible is always appreciated.
Mask Wearing
All Patients will be expected to wear a mask for the duration of their visit unless vaccinated and lying face down on the table. If you are having difficulty breathing through your mask, a standard disposable medical mask can be provided.
UV filters
At All Points Wellness we have been doing research about the best ways to prevent the spread of COVID-19. One of the best solutions that we have come across in the literature is to filter the air in the office through carbon filters and UV light. Consequently we have bought an additional air filtration unit that runs all the air in intakes through a HEPA filter and then through a virus killing UV-C light chamber before recirculating the air back into the room.
We also are continuing to run the HEPA filter that we had previously been using to clean the air as much as possible.
Both of these HEPA standard filters are running 24hrs a day to keep the air in our office as clean and virus-free as possible.
Patient Screening
All Patients are asked to complete their covid screening online prior to arrival if at all possible. If not you will be asked the screening questions prior to your treatment.
Cashless payment preferred. APW is mostly cashless. As always there is no tipping so extra money for tips is not a concern.
I am also requiring a credit card for online booking in order to avoid the payment card exchange in the office. I appreciate it if you decide to pay before your appointment, but I can charge your card after the appointment if you prefer.
(A card can still be used on site at the appointment if needed, and cash or check will be accepted, but no change will be given, or kept in the office).

If you have symptoms of covid - 19 please postpone your appointment until you have been symptom free for at least 14 days and/or you receive a negative test for Covid-19. You will not be charged for doing so under these circumstances as long as you call prior to your appointment start time.
If you develop symptoms or test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of your appointment please notify me so that I can take precautions to ensure my safety and the safety of other patients by notifying them that there may have been an exposure.
